Marketing Calendar Update
- SMS support is released on calendar
- Behavior
- Merchant sees the SMS campaigns (if exists) as well on the calendar now.
- They can click on any day or festival to create SMS campaigns.
- They can click on these campaigns to edit them.
- In both the cases above they get redirected to brevo dashboard for performing their task.
- This redirection happens on a new tab until SMS MFE is released.
- This will be show only to those merchant whom SMS is released.
- Until the SMS onboarding is finished, creation and editing of campaign won’t be enable for them.
- Updated our onboarding video with omnichannel elements.
- Channel filters will have SMS now.

SMS Onboarding
SMS OnboardingWhat is it about?
SMS Onboarding for new Merchants. This will enable merchants to onboard to SMS in a flow where they are able to select the:
- Target Countries to send SMS to.
- Compliance type, TFN or Shortcode
- Pricing Slabs for SMS.
Note: If a merchant selects a "non zero SMS price slab", their payment will shift to Stripe.To Whom Is It Released?
It has been released to all the new installs.Tracking Metrics?
Posthog tracking that tracks all the different flows like:
- US/Canada (TFN) flow
- US/Canada (Shortcode) flow
- Non US/Canada flow

As soon as any merchant onboards to SMS. We will get the update in the channel private channel so that we can enable SMS for the merchant upon onboarding completion. Sales and Support Teams are requested to join the channel.Note: There is still a manual process from BO before merchants can start using SMS.Link to enable SMS.

- inclusion and exclusion urls, and
- trigger settings

- we have conflict detection in place, if merchants try to publish an opt-in with the same triggers
- we will show them a warning
- we don't stop merchants from publishing however
- we are depending on merchant smarts
