Multiple opt-ins

multiple opt-ins
merchants can now,
- create multiple opt-ins and make them live
- an opt-in is considered unique based on the following
- device triggers
- inclusion and exclusion urls, and
- trigger settings
- time spent, exit intent, and scroll depth
- we have conflict detection in place, if merchants try to publish an opt-in with the same triggers
- we will show them a warning
- we don't stop merchants from publishing however
- we are depending on merchant smarts
- each opt-in in the listing page now shows
- number viewed
- number subscribed
- conversion %
- sneak peek for opt-ins
- we added a sidebar where merchants can get an overview for opt-in before deciding to edit
